I always held out on Movie Bumblebees. The only one I got of him was HA version. So I got no high problem getting his Leader since I didn't over buy a bunch of versions him.

 

There will be more Leader class moulds before this line is over. I don't see why people are panicking. Megatron for sure, maybe Shockwave, maybe not, let's wait and see who else pops up in the movie. I'd be happy if Shockwave stayed at Voyager class since I agree with someone earlier in this thread and seeing Cybertronian modes at Leader scale. don't like 'em, no sir-e, which is why I don't own a Leader Megatron.

For those who hate Leader Bumblebee, be thankful, not only for the extra income Hasbro will receive that they can put towards Generations and Prime figures, but that they didn't release one during the first movie. Can you imagine how many repaints we'd have had of him so far?

Sentinel Prime is awesome. Period.

Ironhide looks pretty cool, but I'm waiting to see what mods the Radicons can come up with to make him stockier and better armed before I bite.

 

I'm optimistic that not only will Megatron get a Leader class, (He's Megatron. I mean, come on) but that hell probably be a lot more faithful to his onscreen counterpart than anyone else. (seeing as the other two were designed while the CG model was being modified, meaning they were less accurate and had to be compromised to be more accurate, unlike Optimus or Starscream) Plus he actually turns into a real vehicle this movie, so it's not like they can just get away with having the robot do yoga.

That and the Voyager, while not 100% accurate, shows pretty well that the design can make it in toy form.

 

I reckon that hasbro are waiting to record shockwaves lines by the actual VA before making him, lets not forget too that shockwave is integral to this story apparently but also we have the issue of cybertronian vehicles, I dunno if they sell well? In all cases anyway I'd love a leader shockwave and megatron, we've seen three leaders so far, hang tight guys I reckonwe'll get at least six.

Sheesh not this shit again. The opening post even mentioned LEADER FRIGGIN BLACKOUT. And we all fall for it yet again. I am dissapoint (not with DOTM leader toys though!).

I'd love to see Megs and Shockwave and others, but they haven't been made yet. I'm perfectly fine with the Ironhide and Bumblebee that have been made.

 

Yet another Bumblebee just feels stupid to me.
The large scale bumblebees in my area have shelfwarmed and been heavily clearanced.

 

See, Hasbro doesn't care about that, all they're worried about is that the retailers buy the stuff. If the retailer then can't shift it onto a customer, that's not Hasbro's problem. They've already made their money, which is why they are so canny with the case assortments.

 

I actually really like the look and proportion of the Leader Bumblebee mold. It's that dinky cannon arm that gets me. Make it bigger, or make it a hand. Take your pic.

I do hope we get a Leader Class Truck Megatron, I don't have a proper movie Megatron yet, and while the Voyager looks great, I want something that can combat Optimus properly.

Megs will get a leader class for one reason.

I don't care for Leader Bumblebee but Ironhide is great. I'm looking forward to the Takara MP deco though. Not getting the regular version. Also looking forward to the MP deco for Sentinel Prime.

But, yeah, there should be a Leader Shockwave and Megatron now that he has a decent design. I never thought the first Leader Megatron from '07 was bad though. The Premium version is nice.

Which absolutely tickles me – I bought the bad guy and didn't even know it! Nice way for them to solve the issue of villain characters selling less well than Autobots.  

 

Went to the store today to check out the new DOTM releases, and it never dawned on me that there wasn't plans to make a Leader Megatron. Making a Leader Bumblebee and Ironhide just doesn't make sense to me. The whole line has way too much overlapping scale sizes to be enjoyable anyway. This is actually the first leader Megs I would have wanted to have, and so am disappointed at what's hinted in this thread.

 

leader class blackout, megatron, and shockwave would be nice...

a retooled leader Prime with ribs showing would be cool too...

I agree I won't buy any leaders this time around. Megatron finally gets an earth mode and we don't get a leader? That's bull

 

DOTM toys just came out..... this thread is pointless because not all toys have came out yet on wave 1-3 i believe depending on where u get them at so no point and getting mad because hardly any leader classes are out or good....
