All caps not allowed?

    Hello there. Whenever I post something and I really want to make a statement, I like to be able to use all caps in one word. However, it won't let me do that! Why is that? Why can't I use all caps in one word?

    All caps are not allowed on these boards. The practice of using all caps is considered an annoyance by the staff and 99% of the sites members. If you truly wish to make a statement, an on-topic, well worded post moving a discussion forward is much more appreciated.
