Totally unlikely concept but let's go with it. All the Autobots are dead, the Decepticons are going to enslave Earth then everywhere else. Who would you pick to defend us (choose from poll list)?

No one on the list; I'd go with the Arc team from Primeval so they can round up some Gorgonopsids,Tyrannosaurs, and Triceratopses(Is that plural for triceratops?) to take down those Deceptichops!

Certainly at a disadvantage when facing combiners and city-formers.

Plus the human operators versus sentient robots.

 

Logically speaking, if the Autobots have all fallen, the only ones left to defend us from the Decepticons are ... the Decepticons.

Now obviously it wouldn't be all, or even a majority. In fact it would be a fairly small minority. But there are a number of Decepticons that, under a successful Megatron led empire, would eventually rebel for a variety of reasons. Not all of them would look at it as defending humans or other innocents from the Decepticons, and there would very likely be a lot more collateral damage/casualties than under Autobot defense, but the end results could conceivably be the same.

There'd basically be three types that would rebel:
1) Those who grew to have an appreciation of humanity, or simply weren't at their core as evil as most Decepticons: Thundercracker, Prime Breakdown, Animated Blackarachnia, Marvel Lord Zarak, IDW Decepticons that still followed the ideals of freedom from oppression and caste systems that Megatron more or less has abandoned, etc. Arguably Decepticons that see more value in working with humans without outright enslavement, like (theoretically) Ratbat would also fall here.

2) Decepticons with a strong code of honor that would eventually cause them to break away from Megatron's lack of honor: Marvel Carnivac, Prime Dreadwing, G1 Cartoon Blitzwing (I'd assume it was some code of honor that made him betray Galvatron in FFoD), etc.

3) Any Decepticon that would inherently chafe under Megatron, whether from personal ambition or personality conflicts: way too many to mention, but obviously Starscream. Obviously, this is the category least likely to care about humans and most likely would end up being little better than Megatron, but would still be useful in helping to defeat the greater Decepticon army.

And we have already gotten some examples in fiction - Dinobot, Beast era Blackarachnia, IDW Thundercracker, Drift, Marvel Scorponok (more or less) and Marvel UK Carnivac.

It's not that common of a trope, but the idea of using villains to defend the world/universe from an even greater threat has been around for a long while now - the Suicide Squad, Secret Six, Thunderbolts, Riddick (depending on whether you consider him a villain or not), the Punisher, etc.

 

I thoroughly hate all the choices, so I'm picking Space Vikings.
