Little bit of G1 (which I like), little bit of Movieverse (which I also like)... makes for a just-right representation. :)

I agree with everyone saying "Make a toy of this"

    My body was not ready....

This design needs to be put in a toy-line and/or TV show yesterday!

    Neat.
Movie Sideswipe had a lot of characteristics that I really dug, so it's cool to see a more streamlined variation.

I like the legs, but then I'm also one of those odd Trans-fans who doesn't think robots need to always be humanoid.
And no, I don't agree that making them more physically human makes them more relatable as characters. That's just shallow. :p

Damn,he's good. no really,i dig his design. besides,i kinda like his wolfchicken legs thank you very much. it kinda gives him a Anubis-esque appearance. besides,i wonder what he will be retooled into then. dont say his brother, that's kinda a predictable response.

Don't care much for the legs, but this is a pretty sweet design. Wish he had his shoulder rocket though.

He would be awesome if not for his legs and feet. That should have been the part of move Sideswipe that he shouldn't have incorporated into his design.

That could work, though hasbro should find a way to "accidentally" make a alternative leg setting like they "accidentally" did with DOTM sideswipe. (Either that or make a "Snake slither mode" that. and make the blades retractable and rotatable, plus the blades should have 5mm weapon compatiblity in the back, and make it look like it's part of the design. i like extra 5mm. especially clever 5mm.

The worse thing about his feet is that they hurt the ability to pose this character like you would a character with real legs:(

This is awesome, but I kinda want to see more simple designs after WFC, the IDW comics, the movies and Prime. Something halfway between TFA and G1 would be good, I think.

I dig the legs too. To each their own.

I like the design but I'm sad that this is just a blend of G1 and the movies. I expected his take to be something completely unique much like how Movie Sideswipe is, instead his inspiration is obvious. So though the design itself is good, the lack of creativity sucks.

Well... it would be cool if they implement elements from R.I.D Side Swipe.

i dont like chicken legs on myself thusly i do squads and calf pressed. unless its got a bird alt mode or perhaps a flight alt mode, my TFs shouldn't have chicken legs.
