I see what your saying and kind of agree. In order for Peru kill to scale properly in robot mode his alt mode had to be slightly larger than it should be. Firage seems right on the money for alt and robot mode(imo). The Ferrari in real life is probably noticeably smaller than a Chevy camero if put side by side. At the end of the day its not enough for me to dismiss either figure. They both seem like they are going to be awesome transformers. Scale be damned.

 

Actually, if Peru Jill's alt mode was about as big as Firage's, he would stand about Ironhide's night, which is actually exactly where he would need to be. Peru Kill was meant to scale with Commander, I believe. AA and TF Dream factory appear to be basing their scale around MPM Prime, which is good. MPM Bee is a bit too big in both modes, but we're getting new Bumblebees at the correct scale anyway. My hope is that the future carbots will be smaller than MPM Bee and that he's just meant to be 18 feet tall. Scale is a tricky thing, but I do at least expect the alt modes for carbots to be correct.

Now I want to see they use a better metallic red for him. I don't know if this is because the lightning or bad camera (no offence, sorry) or because it is just a prototype but his paint is...surely lacking.

 

Looks awesome from every angle. I'm curious though if they came up with some type of weapon storage for him. For me lack of weapon storage usually means the extra parts end up in a box and I forget about them.

With movie transformers is "easier" to get the bot and vehicle scale right... Lockdown is hard but UT managed to do it...

I hope they don't use metallic paint because he's not supposed to be metallic. Just a bright Ferrari red.

IMO, the red is just right. Metallic is not proper Ferrari rosso corsa.
