I know, I just wonder why he thinks brand new leaders should sell for $25.

Considering the lack of detail they should be brought down a little. I mean a Voyager class costs 26$ and they are already small as hell and even they lack detail.

I mean on the paint. And it's my opinion.

Edit: And compared to previous Leader Class Primes the one for AOE does lack detail.

Got the Strafe Evolution set. He's one of the best Dino's so far, probably 2nd behind Scorn.

Still, just $25 for a brand new Leader? That's like wanting newly released deluxes for $5...

Yes. $25 for a brand new Leader Class. That's what he's saying. Why is that so hard to wrap your head around? Look at the picture of the new Leader Prime with the one from a movie or two ago. The mass is drastically decreased, he's shorter, he's clearly far more simplified. Yeah, I think I'd feel a bit of remorse if I shelled out full retail for a new Leader Class. They just don't look very appealing at all. I'm avoiding the Leader Class entirely with AOE, actually.

That being said, weren't some people getting Leader Grimlock for $25 through Amazon? So its really not an unheard of price.

Considering the leader class is 60$ in Canada I fail to see why anybody in the states should be complaining about 45$, if memory serves that's about how much we paid for Leaders back during the UT days, inflation happens for a reason folks, if our wage increases matched with inflation we wouldn't be complaining about the prices as much as we do. Because our purchasing power wouldn't be going down the toilet.

It's because going by previous transformer lines, the current leader figures from tf4 are more in line with ultra class figures than the leader figures we are used to. So to restate what I meant, the current Grimlock and Optimus leaders ought to have been branded and scolded as ultra class figures at $25-30, not $45 leader figures IMO. Or maybe inflation really did get that bad hence why they are $45 msrp.

Oh don't worry, I'm sure in the next 10 years Leaders will go up to 50 dollars and be even smaller.

We need a good quality Titan Grimlock eventually. Have it about 24 inches for Leader Prime to ride.

Yeah I am not that good with the scale of the new film.

I actually like the new Leader Optimus. Vehicle mode is beautiful, and I actually enjoy the smaller "Ultra" size. I always complain that Leader class TF are TOO BIG, and I like keeping my Autobots smallish. Brawn and Starscream I'm ok with being ginormous.

^ You mean Brawl? Ultra/Weaponizer size appears to be the norm for Leaders nowadays; the writing was already on the wall for the TFP Robots In Disguise and Beast Hunter toy lines. I actually wouldn't mind us getting a "Leader" size figure of Ratchet since he'd essentially be an Ultra sized toy and would scale nicely against the ROTF Leader OP mold and Leader Ironhide (yeah, Leader IH is a tad too big but I still rather like the figure in spite of this). The Voyager Ratchet mold is a tad too small to work for me.

Really like both versions of Grimlock

IMO the leader has a better bot/Dino mode....( interesting fun transformation)
The voyager scales better with the other Dinobots...( transformation is simple but fun)

I think I found them. Are these the similar to the ones you used?

    These are 1/100.

Has the Platinum Evasion Prime and Grimlock set been spotted yet? Really want to pick that up.
