I have a few series one minicars MOSC where the glue has dried and the bubble has started to lift of the card in some places - though the bubble is still firm on the card and you can see the toy cannot and has not been removed. Would afa grade this?

I would email them. It probably depends on how great the card and bubble are and the size of the separation of bubble from card as I am sure it would lower the graded value.

If there's enough lifting that air can get in and out of the bubble through the lifting, it will definitely lower the grade. If the lifting has caused a slight tear in the card, it will probably lower the grade.

If neither of those two situations apply, I'm pretty sure it's not going to lower the grade.
