Finally got this guy at discounted price. Just a bit over Leader Class SRP.
Maybe my source got one from a tons of overstocked MPM-3 in Hong Kong.

And finally watched the review by @Actar
I gotta say, I agree with him 100%

I find this MPM-3 much better than MPM-4.
It is carefully design and much durable and much playable.

If there's an issue as far as my copy is concerned:
1.) I'm having a bit of trouble locking the black under sides tabs of the front hood grille. (you know the part where the side flaps need to locked to the flat tabs and circular pegs?) I see other tabbing those so easy.
2.) In car mode, some panels aren't in-line with others making the car looks sleek like the promotional photo on the box.
3.) Battle-Axe weapon  

Overall, this is the Bayverse Bee that tops them all.

 

Transformed Bee the first time last week and he's amazing.

After carefully pondering about it for some time, while I think they did a remarkable work of engineering and improvement in several aspects, with all due respect for the hard work of the designers, here's my two cents in regards to certain design choices that I believe could be improved:

1) As other people pointed out, the yellow color is too bright in comparison to the model in the movie, which was more orange yellow.




2) The small wings could be easily attached to the roof, rather than hanging from the doors and could be easily rotated to the proper angle during the transformation, with a ball-joint.

3) The ugly heels do not serve the purpose of stability and could be more accurate to the actual look in the movie (as shown in my custom mod post Heavy/Scratch: - MPM-3 Bumblebee Custom )

4) The thumbs could rotate for better posability and be shorter in length.

5) The cannon could be easily integrated in the arm with flip around mechanics, rather than a separate piece (as in other Transformers, such as Transformers Prime Cliffjumper)
