Like Sari, Phsyren has Cybertronian abilities, in this case the ability to warp Sound as she Desires (Ala soundwave) through her wing like Subwoofer. Her killer move is that she can also attract her enemies or whomever she desires by emitting sound pulses that are in sync with the listeners brain waves resulting with the listener falling into a Trance they can't fall out of unless Phsyren allows.
