I was wondering how do I find why my Shelflife banner was removed from my signature. I ask becaus I'm seeing a few people with banners in their signature and am wondering what was wrong with mine. Thanks in advance!

 

Your signature was over the 40KB limit. If signatures are not within our guidelines, and we see it, they will be removed. Signature image rules can be seen in our Forum Rules section.

 

How do I change it so that it fits within the proper guidelines?

However, I believe your signature was generated by the Shelflife site you mentioned. I recommend checking settings or contacting support there about a lower resolution or smaller file size option.
