You should report that. Private or not, we're not allowed to abuse the system by abusing others and that's exactly what happened to you.

If they're decent at all, they'll see the update and apologize. If they don't, that's on them and not you.

 

Well, the complaint last week that items hadn't shipped during Thanksgiving week and all that was still silly and based on impatience but this whole listing things as in stock when they don't even have all or even any of their stock in hand is a different animal and bad business at best and total BS at worst. I feel bad for recommending them to anyone at this point but I've had several absolutely flawless transactions so I'm really caught off guard by this.

I don't know what people were PM'ing you but I don't think anyone was being rude or anything here in the thread itself. Again, it's just the internet and nothing that happens here should ever be taken too seriously or to heart.

 

Yarp, if people are PMing you bad stuff report them.

Anyway, OP has a point, don't list an item as 'in stock' when it's not!

 

Has Megalopolis shipped anyone's Black Friday order yet? I got mine in Thanksgiving evening a whole week has passed.

 

I ordered before Black Friday. I emailed them earlier this week and they told me they've been slammed with orders and had a delay on getting Siege stuff, so shipping is delayed until early next week.

 

Nothing on my BF order from Megalopolis either, I didn't order any TFs from them, mostly old stuff. I've ordered from them before so I'm not worried, I'm sure they're a smaller place that had hundreds and hundreds of orders.

I have just received a shipping notice on my 19-November Siege Deluxes. Still getting the figures sooner than I would have from BBTS and much cheaper. The fact that as of yesterday they were still selling the set of four as "In Stock" has left a bad taste in my mouth and not given me the greatest first impression.

 

What is funny, I just found this thread today. I wonder if these two threads should be merged?

I’m still waiting to see mine fulfilled. Maybe it will be this evening, if not I guess it will be Monday.

Edit: I just now got a tracking number, it’s not working yet but it’s progress.

 

Just to update mine just got delivered this morning. Nicely packed but they use packing peanuts, I hate packing peanuts.

 

According to the tracking, I'm supposed to receive mine today as well.

 

Mine should arrive tomorrow. I paid with credit card so my purchase is more or less guaranteed and I’m not gonna find deluxe Siege figures on discount for a bit. The OP did take it on the chin for his comments but is waiting a week for your order to process really that horrible these days?

 

He was also trying to communicate with them during Thanksgiving week, which is sorta dumb but whatever. I no longer will be recommending this company to anyone.
