    "In my opinion", and sometimes IMHO, or "in my honest opinion."

    Others I've got:

    WST - World's Smallest Transformers

    BW/BM - Beast Wars / Bowel Movem...I mean Beast Machines.

    TFTM - I've seen referred to as both the 2007 live-action movie, and the 1986 cartoon movie...

    Transformers Binaltech, I assume? BT usually means Binaltech.

    Titanium inexplicably gets shortened to TiT. Don't know why people capitalize the second T, but it happens a lot.

    Maybe to suppress giggles, since without the second capitalized "T," we'd all just think of breasts.

    There isn't a guide, but some dudes sure will be mad and yell at you at you for using certain ones. Sadly, which ones seems to be completely random.

    Makes no sense either way, Titanium should just be Ti. That's its abbreviation on the Periodic Table anyway.

    Most lines are fairly easy to gather the abbreviation to if you know at least the name of all the Transformers lines. But lately things have been getting tricky with the Prime mainline being subtitled "Robots in Disguise" and the Arms Micron/Action Master thing.

    But that's just Transformers lines, there the general Internet message board abbreviations to deal with. AFAIK/As far as I know, OTOH/On the other hand, etc.

    Can you seriously tell a visitor to your house "oh yeah, this is my Transformers CHUG collection."? It's a terrible name to call anything, not even going into some random, localized, Canadian derogatory term.

    "Classics." Simple, to the point.

    That actually makes WAY more sense that TiT. But thinking about it, maybe TiT stands for Titanium Transformers. Not sure, but either way, I'm going to start using the abbreviation Ti when talking about Titanium figures. Maybe it'll catch on, lol.

    I think an abbreviation guide would be of tremendous value to this website, especially when referring to different Transformer toylines. It'd also help out newcomers. Here's a list that I like to use. The OP can copy & paste these into his post if he wishes.

    Hasbro/Takara:
    MW = Machine Wars
    AEC = Armada, Energon, and Cybertron (also known as the Unicron Trilogy)
    Classics et al. = Classics, Henkei, Universe 2.0, Generations, RTS, United, etc.
    2.0 = Universe 2.0
    Gens = Generations
    TFTM07 = Transformers The Movie (2007 Michael Bay film)
    TFTM86 = Transformers The Movie (1986 animated film)
    TFA = Transformers Animated
    Ani = Animated
    Prime = Transformers Prime (mainline)
    FE = First Edition
    AM = Action Master or Arms Micron
    SE = Special Edition
    HA = Human Alliance
    FunPub = Fun Publications (sometimes referred to as FP)

    3rd Party:
    3P = 3rd Party/3rd Parties
    FP = FansProject
    MT = MakeToys

    agreed, but i dont verbalize the same way i type, so i wouldnt say "chug", although typing C.H.U.G. is a quick way to represent alot of information visually. besides CHUG is more shop talk, only us board members and enthusiasts know what it means, id just say Transformers or 80s cartoon to my friends or people IRL (in real life btw [by the way])

    Well, I wouldn't because we'd be speaking in spanish but...

    I never said I actually used them. A lot of them are pretty silly I admit, I was mostly mocking some threads that spawned back then with people really raging at the fact that fans used some of the sillier ones. It was similar to the people raging when they saw -for example- a movie toy mixed in someone's classics collection.
