Aarghh...movie opening

    So the movie opens on June 24, but I'm sure like last year it'll get bumped up a bit. Well work just scheduled a concert dangerously close (it's on the 23rd) and I can't have anything interfering with me hitting up the first show. I think I'm just a tad bit nervous so excuse my rambling. I hope it just opens up Monday evening like it did in 07. Monday would give me a good buffer.

    That already happened. It was originally going to be the 26th.

    just go to a midnight feature. we have them for all the summer blockbusters.

    I dont think it will be bumped up all. Perhaps a single midnight showtime on the 23rd, but thats about it.

    Midnight I could definitely do, which is my plan. The bumping of Star Trek to the day before at 7 pm is what has me worried. Star Trek officially opened Friday, but the first showings were at 7 the day prior. If need be, I'll be "sick" that day.
