Does anyone else hope that a few fan favorites like Prowl, Wheeljack, Hound, etc. made it into ROTF and people just never managed to catch them on set. My own observation on this is that other than Sideswipe and Jetfire, the new Autobot line-up seems underwhelming based on who we know about so far.
No. Most of 'em are supposed to be kick-ass beautiful cars, if no one saw 'em, there's no way they were in set.
Well, a chinese police car was spotted on set. That could be an indication that Prowl will appear. I could easily see Hound being one of those hummers. Wheeljack, no clue. For all we know, some fan favorites might make it, no, are LIKELY to be CGI down to the alt-mode. The question is who.
Yeah, that one-piece wrap-around windshield has to be Wheeljack...it looks too much like his G1 goodness.

Not this thing: Eye witnesses say they filmed the truck driving around, and then replaced it with a stand-up cut-out of a small robot. Doesn't sound like a filming vehicle to me.
The Wheels thing all fits in with the leaked callsheet too, just like the Ice Cream truck and Arcee chasing the Audi stuff did. As for the topic, yeah I kinda hoped at least Prowl or Wheeljack would have ended up in the movie but thus far it looks like a no-no. Shame but hopefully Sideswipe, Jetfire and the Twins kick some ass.
I've been hoping for awhile that the Chinese police car is Prowl. Though I'm not sure if a Chevy Malibu would be exotic enough for Michael Bay. Though I do agree that the Saab Aero-X would be perfect for Wheeljack.
That was for the first movie cause the loved the idea of an 'evil cop car', and all the fun they could have with it.
well wheeljack is supposed to be in it, and the areo whatever is a really nice car so they probobly didn't want to get it damaged so they didn't put it on set as much.
