So,recently I have been thinking about the voice in the trailer. It sort of.hit me by random - I remembered that there was information of another Prime in this movie.
Now, here is where it gets interesting.Perhaps,after the near destruction of Cybertron the remaining authorities of the Teansformers came to an understanding that it is not possible to containt peace with humans and transformers on Earth.The authorities - possibly the remaining Primes or Knights,or perhaps the Council,infect the Knightship and send Lockdown to Earth. Why does Lockdown call them the Creators? Well,it was the council who named Orion the next Prime/Knight. So,in my opinion, the voice in the trailer is the voice of Solus Prime, a smith/engineer in the mythology. She is the one who,imo, inflects the spark of Prime with possibly an anti-spark,making him a shadow Prime.Perhaps,the different kind of "Decepticon" we are about to see is in fact an energy form of a Shadow Spark.

Sounds interesting, although for me what your description says is similar to g2 jhiaxus and the like who see themselves as more evolved than the likes of Optimus and megatron, so you could still be right in a fashion for me, but the different type of decepticons to me is the fact they were self created and from the 'budding ' method which also goes against the creators which is why they offer Optimus redemption....in exchange for his help

 

Keep in mind that (while it could be a lie) we was told from Bay that there would be. I female Transformers in this movie. So I don't think we will see Solus Prime. So whoever or whatever may be a female villain in this movie, is not a true Transformer. Again, unless Bay was lying.

 

Could be a Solus Prime concept.Since she is the majer of weapons,it could be possible for Bay to recreate her as an organic alien

 

I doubt he's lying, but they also did say that there's new types of decepticons didn't they?....now he could have been speaking in context, like there's no autobot/decepticon type transformers that are female, but that doesn't mean that if the character regards themselves as something other than a transformer then for all intents and purposes she's not a transformer.

Also I may be wrong on solus but......I'm pretty sure she doesn't transform? So I'm not too sure if a non transforming prime would be considered as a transformer to bay in all honesty....but saying that any bad guy in these films is also a decepticon to him and a lot of his staff too haha
