Hi All, Just a suggestion on 3rd party threads. Particularly ones that are regarding products that haven't been released yet. We often get newcomers who join a thread that is 100's of pages old and don't know where to start to get the latest status of the project (usually that info gets lost in the noise). Is there any chance we can get a persistent panel, maybe next to the quick reply section, that has information on the status. For example: when were new images added, is the project concept, pre-order, available now etc. This will help people who aren't as intensely active as the core users here to extract the essential info. Just a thought.
The threads started by Daimchoc and Trailbreaker77 are very thorough in the first post and include just about everything you need to know from updates, preorder info, and even fan fixes. If there were rules regarding what is required of the thread starter I think it could be beneficial. Too often we get someone starting a thread just to get a news credit and never update the first post. Then we're forced to sift through pages of dribble to find what we're looking for, and heaven forbid anyone asks for an update without 5 people jumping down their throat Edit: Cheem the rup, and Scaleface are good thread starters too
