Liam Neeson was in Battleship? Probably saw him, but the movie was so forgettable...

Oh, poor Liam Neeson. There's nothing worse than being in a Seth MacFarlane movie.

I really, really liked it. I don't agree with the "sketch humor" comment at all. It was all plot/character relevant? Except for the Doc Brown gag. And the jokes were genuinely funny, too. The characters were likable, the whore and her boyfriend both being abstinent was hilarious. My only real criticism is that first two acts were about one thing, and the third act sort of feels like "Oh, yeah, we set this up, let's deal with all that."

    But it was really enjoyable.

The Django scene was incredible. I can't wait to see Quentin's reaction. "People die at the fair."

Why? Seth Macfarlane is a good writer/director, and everyone in the industry likes him. Like it or not, despite his sucky TV show, the guy is talented. He made that clear with this and Ted.

If you have seen the trailers, you have pretty much seen this movie. Nevertheless, it was funny even though every great joke is followed up by a bad joke. It was worth the $6 a ticket we paid but not much more than that. If you have an interest in it, go see it. If you don't, don't even bother. Oh, there is a scene after the credits. Overall, I give it a 5/10. It isn't a great movie, but it is certainly no where near the worst thing to come out this year.

    Saw the trailer.

    Thought it looked like crap.

Predicted it would get mostly bad reviews.

American Dad has been disappointing since Snot and Roger had that episode together.

I saw it yesterday, and to be honest I was a little underwhelmed. The trailers showed the funny parts, but the rest of the movie's jokes are just crude body humor: a Fart noise here, a diarrhea punchline there, and a few jokes that you could see 'coming.'

I did laugh when it got to the more off beat style of Family Guy like the surprise cameos, but otherwise it just drags. Not as hilarious as TED in any way. This was more about Seth's Shock Jokes and how much he could get away with.

Doc Brown, Django & Ryan Reynolds being killed. (For those who Hate Him, The Best 5 Seconds you will See)
