well...last saturday...i went to the flea market...i just went a around...bought a knife...got a hat...then...i stumbled on a transformers comic...and a speed demon comic....well the transformers comic had my favorite character and my favorite episode...the big broadcast of 2006! and he sold both of them for 1 buck!!!!
I love the flea market. Scored a mint Dragonzord for 2 dollars and like 100 vintage joes and weapons for 20.
some people sell autographed stuff...they sell dos limited edition nascar diecasts that are wurth a shitload from nascar fans...as for tfs...i guess if u get lucky haha
I used to go flea markets and yard sales, but never found anything worth while. I once saw some KO cassettes (ravage, laserbeak) but they were not in good shape as is. I've seen GI Joe stuff but rarely is any of it worth while.
Ugh...the Dirt Mall. There is a guy are our local Dirt Mall that understands some toys can be collectible and therefor charges some crazy prices FOR EVERY THING. For Example, he may have some G1 junker version of...Blitzwing; not even close to mint or complete, be he has it marked for 90 bucks, but he will also have a loose Cheetor figure, in the same condition for 80!?! It pretty much guarantee's that you can't find any hidden toy gems there...
yep, my ole $7 fort max missing only: cerebros both arm ramps all of cog radar dish 1 of the stomach guns cerebros gun the two tiny doors that cover the elevator but it does have all the other tiny guns and flaps, barely any yellowing (if at that) and it has a perfect condition spike so yea, SCORE!!!!
I used to think flea markets were a waste of time until rework started posting his flea market hauls in Toyark a few years ago. It was redonkulous. EVERY week he'd find literally dozens of things and pay like 30 bucks for all of it. To this day I don't know how he does it. Every time I go to a flea market there's inevitably only one guy selling old toys, and without fail that guy always wants something crazy like $50 for a Jumpstarter or something.
Best thing I ever found at a flea market? My old Windows 98 computer. It doesn't work anymore but I like the nostalgia of it.
I found a loose Primus at a thrift shop for $7 but he was missing all of his acc. and one of his fingers were missing so I passed..

i hit the flea market every other weekend.. seeing if i can hit the jackpot i thought i seen megatron in a glass case
about a year ago, i got a virtually boy video game system with 6 games for 50 buck. i almost told the old couple how much they're really worth. now to find another VB with the other 7 games. the only TFs i found were knockoffs. 'fast changing demolishing team'. riiiiight.
