Hey guys, long time lurker and first time posting a custom here. I used to be a very well known Joe customizer back in the day under the name Cobra Command. Been retired from Joes for a couple of years now and started tinkering on some Transformer ideas. Had a junker Universe Nemesis Prime laying around and since no one seemed interested in my articulated Armada Megatron and Tidalwave I had for sale for awhile I decided to try something new. Full articulation is still intact from the custom before using Cybertron Jetfire's legs. My favorite part of Nemesis was the matrix chamber so I wanted to keep that in this. He will be sporting some articulated Alternator hands to hold the matrix as well as the usual paint job. liked the idea of not using an entirely Prime mold for this. Still has a lot of cleaning up to do but figured I would share. Getting the chest in place and out of the way in alt mode sure was a pain!

 

Hmmm very interesting and creative idea. I really like the matrix idea you've got with him. Hopefully with a good paint job he'll really scream nemesis prime. Keep at it man!

Excellent idea! Makes much more sense he being a tank than a regular blackened copy of Prime. Good eye man! Eager to seeing it finished.

I always saw The Fallen (dreamwave version) as a nemesis primish character. Your custom reminds me of him.

Love where you're going with this. Personally I'd love to see you finish him not as "Nemesis Prime" but as a pre-Beast-Mode Big Convoy, as that big ol H-Tank would suit Snufflepagus Convoy.

sorry to make this a zombie thread, but the articulated Megatron has got my interest. i was wondering if anyone knows how to do it or the link of the tutorial? im considering to buy an Armada Megs and hopes to make him better for my personal collection. im deeply sorry to make this a zombie thread and to disturb the creator of this thread and those who were watching this.

I stopped short after. Changed my collection to Legends scale
