It's a start, this year, the DotM ark.
In five years time, a classics styled Metroplex. :lol

Nice to see the movie line toys trying something different this year... This is actually a cool looking play set, getting a great Micromaster vibe from it. Maybe we'll see Movieverse Erector now? :p

Thanks for the shot, can't wait to see more from this line.

What in hell are you talking about? "Fans" =/= you.

Some of us are familiar with the history of the brand.

The Ark playsets will combine to form the Ark that transforms into Omega Supreme.

Excuse me if someone has posted this already but it seems like Hasbro is trying to reintroduce the Actionmasters theme.

sweet reminds me of a cross between Roughstuff and Pipeline

I'm guessing you mean Micromaster and Action masters returned as the Robot Replica line doomed to stink up the sales bin for all time

seriosuly, thats enough, more than 80 % of all toys in the last time, are realted to autobots, the decepticons are outnumbered. every time when i see a new toy it belongs to an autobot, and always the frustration is bigger, you autobot fans are happy, you get cool new characters, while we only get clones and cheap repaints.
Decepticon fans also support the fracnhise, and now in return for, we are treated like this, i am really dissapointed, not angry but dissapointed. :(

If the Ark is that crashed ship on the moon, I'm not really sure I like the design yet. But if ultimately, it looks good and I like it, I would gladly buy a playset like this.

A Transformers ship would look good in the collection. :)

Micromaster style battle station using legend class.
They should make battle city station or you can link up with different playset.

Bases with transforming figures, exactly like micromasters, which a lot of people (including myself) have wanted to see return in some form for a long time.

At least wait until we've actually seen a picture.

Yeah, I did see that, I put it down as just a fun feature for that particular set for now.

We haven't seen pictures of it, so it could be vastly more complex than that. Reading your post, do you think that green military vehicle that comes with Bumblebee is the Ark? That, and the others that are coming out like it, are something completely different. The Ark, by the sounds of it, will be much much bigger.
