Wow its about time legends got some love. Cant wait for these to come out and hope they do OP and Megatron this way to.

Wow. All I can say is wow. This is crap! What kind of garbage is this? Well, I guess I'm going to have to save my money and I might just start buying from the third party tf sites. I hope they don't screw up the Universe line.

 

"The Ark" ???

Don't they know they can't just throw around the name "The Ark" without getting the fans hopes up?

I DO want an "Ark playset"... But it's orange with 5 or so jets on the back... sticking out of a friggin' mountain.

 

 

Legends and Playsets. That's great. And we just got some more great G1 legends to put in the ark playset with prowl, Optimus Prime, and trailcutter (trailbreaker). So that's going to be Epic.

And it should also Transform into Omega Supreme. But I think its really going to be fine. If the ship we saw crashed on the moon in the current dark of the moon preview trailer is what were calling the ark. Then I think its close enough without being orange metal. The fans hopes I think are going to be optimistic, even hypotheticaly if everything goes perfectly with the sculpting and engineering there is still going to be a divide between those who only collect Transforming robots only, without exception and those who may like the micromaster base flavor.

Their four per case though. So its mid size. Supremes have always been two per case. The fact that its four per case does tell me a bit about how large it could be. Maybe a $30.00 item just below leader class.

I am so fucking game for an officially released Ark Playset. (or playset period) Now my Legends will have a place to crash.

The Ark is more than that. The ship itself has been reimagined plenty of times in the past.

 

Yey, Got the Matchbox Aircraft Carrier for my Legends figures... Now they can go home  

 

so, "Cyberverse" Is basically the Micromasters/Legends class?

Indeed. I've wondered why Hasbro keeps making giant Star Wars and G.I. Joe playsets but never anything for Transformers. Granted, most TF figures are significantly larger than 3.75", but, as several other people have pointed out, there is that whole Micromaster Base precedent. Maybe they were simply waiting until they had more of a gimmick to encourage people to buy the non-standard (i.e. not Scout/Deluxe/Voyager/Leader) classes.

 

Awesome. I normally only pick up the Universe Legends, but if this looks good I'll pick one up to display with my legends Hound, Trailbreaker, Jazz and Prime.

 

Probably not for me, but seems like a fun idea. I might be more interested when I see more.

 

Now we know where all those Mech Tech weapons MAY go. Hmmmm  

 

Cool, this and the cyberverse action sets are starting to sound very micromastery. I get this sinking feeling I'm going to have to start buying legends now, or maybe just use minicons with them instead.  

 

It's nice to see some form of TF playset/baseformer finally........ even if it's not 100% what we expect.
