Not sure if this is the appropriate place for this question, but here goes.

I'm looking for a replacement head for DotM Skyhammer. Basically, I'm not a big fan of the head sculpt and figured I'd try looking for an alternative. As far as I can tell, his neck is a 5mm ball joint (maybe slightly larger?). Ideally it would match the colors for the base figure and allow it to transform as usual, though I'm not above some simple paint or modding.

I'm looking for anything I can get here as far as ideas. Official figures, third party figures, add ons/upgrades, Shapeways. One thing in particular that I'd love to hear about if anyone knows of one would be a Titans Return head/faceplate adaptor for such a situation. I technically found one on Shapeways, but it's not for sale currently while undergoing revisions or something.

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 

There's not really a market for random 3P heads, because joints are not standardized between figures. AFAIK there's been no add-on kits specifically for Skyhammer, either.

There was an attempt by Headrobots to turn him into Highbrow, but that company pretty much up and vanished without a trace.

 

Try Renderform. He has several heads for sale.

Other than that very few companies do custom heads but Perfect Effect's Overlord head might fit.

or MGS Bumblebee/Cliffjumper heads.

Most voyager sized bots would be using 5mm ball pegs so if you stick to similar sized figures you should be ok.
