I was on my computer earlier, playing a game like I usually am (World of Warcraft), and out of nowhere 4 random beeps happened to come from my computer. not from my headphones, but the computer. This has never happened before, and I've been playing this game since July. I shut the computer down, and haven't played any games since earlier today. What does it mean?

Yes I was actually, but I do that a lot when I play games. How many do you have to press to do that?

It's a Windows "helper" function. You should be able to turn it off in the control panel or on the popup itself.
