You can find a few shops at China Square Central along Cross Street. The online store Unrivalled Collectibles has its physical shop in Fook Hai Building across the road.
In Singapore, you can check out Robo Robo. Prices may not be too competitive though, but the experience of walking into a store with a lot of Transformers is worth it IMHO. Falcon's Hangar is MMC's unofficial distributor in Singapore, but again the prices may not be the most competitive. I would suggest instead to checkout ebay.com.sg. You can buy and then meet the seller in some location. I've heard prices are more competitive in KL, but then again IMHO KL is harder to navigate.

Oh My Primus | Facebook but he's only opened on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays (7pm-9pm on Tue and Fri, 12pm-2pm on Sunday). When it comes to TF selection, Oh My Primus has a much wider variety since the store specialises in TF.
Hi from Kuala Lumpur; The best place to find TF, official and 3rd party, is at Amcorp Mall. It's not in the city center but you can take the LRT (train, less than 30 minutes from city center) to one of the stops and walk to the mall, less than 5 minutes on foot. There are 2 shops that deal in TF along with other brands, 1Toy and MyToy. If you can be there on a Sunday, you can catch the flea market. Lots of people will have many different toys for sale. There's another mall with a shop selling TF but I can't recommend it, think it has a slightly infamous rep.
