So a few things. One, I find it wierd that the list of possible 3rd party transformer toys are in the regular toy section, and not the 3rd party, and that it's really outdated. Two, I finally got my first 3rd party. I'm in love. It's just a tiny one, but the scale is what I love. So Im wondering if anyone knows of bots that would be in scale to my current collection, most being siege but no bigger that generations Springer. Here is the ones I think have no good official releases, imo. Perceptor Blaster Kup (but around same size as generations) Highbrow
Perceptor - Planet X Asclepius Blaster - Mega Steel Buster Kup - Toyworld Crank I don't think there are any 3P Highbrows at all yet... except Legends. Oh, and what was your first figure?
That's a legends figure, so if you're trying to scale with him, you might want to look into those companies that specialise in that scale a bit more. Unfortunately I know next to bugger all about legends... sorry.
I don't want the rest to scale to him, I wanted him to scale to the same as the Legends class hasbro version. Which he does!
Blaster - Unique Toys Soundmixer (if you can find him) Perceptor - Planet X Asclepius Kup - not sure there is one that scales well...all I know are MP scaled. Highbrow - Fansproject Function X10 Browning II
Np. Best option is make a list of characters you want figures of then go to tfsource and search their 3rd party section since they still show ones that are long out of stock. Then set a price range and set search parameters on ebay to notify you when someone lists those. Or post a list in the wanted section which you could prob find a little cheaper than ebay. Its what i did. Ive never been happy with dinobots scale. Soundmixer is just a tad shorter than siege/er Optimus. Browning is a big deluxe class size. About 5 6inches. Never got him but i got the repaint of their chromedome which is same scale. Companies i recommend to scale with siege and generations line: maketoys, mastermind creation, tfc toys, unique toys (they have a great galvatron), fansproject.
