Wasn't there also a very minor release of an original design by another group? The name was pretty generic: Truck Leader.

i have UT cerebros and if i didnt know better i would swear he is an MS bot. everything about his engineering screams MS. from the soft plastic, the ab crunch to the pinned rocker feet just like huffer. if they arent MS i would be blown the fuck away.

i now use MS prime as my prime now for my IF/legends collection. but my old stand in was good old GT prime. i feel either can work

i have stormbringer op but im just not that hot on him for some reason. i also cant wait for a V2 that will hopefully be just like megs was.

Are there Legends size sets of combiners Aerialbots, Protectobots, Technobots, Stunticons, Terrorcons, Predacons or others? Like the size of War Giant or Hulkie.

I thought Unique Toys was rumored to be the same company as DX9 actually (or at least related to somehow => similar plastics, packaging, instructions, etc.)...

Incidentally, DX9 is also rumored to be the same company as New Age as well...!

I'd laugh my ass off if it turns out most of these 3P companies are actually all the same entity, just putting out product under different "company names"... :D

I think at one point both companies used the same packaging and distribution company so there were some production similarities. When you are a really small outfit, it might be easier to let a distribution company handle the marketing/packing/distribution. Just a theory.

None the size of War Giant and Hulkie. You'll have to go bigger than them as of now

Hulkie seems a bit small even compared to NA carbots. I would think construction vehicles would be larger.

It was created in the days where the goal was to have all the figures be the same small size, and not varying sizes in a miniature scale.

I agree with Hulkie being undersized. I have the MFT Hercules version and I feel like the construction vehicles are far too small. I mean in what world does it make sense that Longhaul’s dump truck mode is smaller than Sideswipe’s Lamborghini mode? I do feel the Constructicons have to walk a fine line though. As in, their vehicle modes must be appropriately sized in relation to car bots, but their robot forms must be shorter than Megatron. I guess I’m still waiting for a Devy that checks all the boxes for me...

Ah yes, the bane of many a TF fan’s existence...

I would love to see some vehicle mode comparisons of that mid-sized Devy with any MFT or Hasbro vehicles. Followed by shots of their bot modes next to MFT Megs of course, since I’m throwing out demands ;)

The dx9 mold has been oversized in 2different sizes. But you may find it difficult to see something that matches with megatron, other carbon, bruticus (who is not oversized) and omega supreme. It all depends on exactly how you planned to display them

Not yet. But I expect them in the next couple of years from Magic Square (and probably New Age).

Haven’t seen anything to indicate that they will. Maybe in the years to come.

I’m still keeping my preorder for DX9’s, I don’t think it’s likely we’ll see ones from MS or NA for a long time if at all.

they will be released as a 5-pack set AFAIK.

regarding with the NA or MST Dinobots. nothing has been teased so far so everything is really up in the air when it comes to that.
