    I emailed and messaged Gigapower but no reply since Sunday. I need to have my Superator dino arm replaced since it just suddenly fell off like it was just glued on at the factory. Anybody had the same experience with their after sales support?

    Are they good with replacing parts? My experience with XTB was excellent.

    I've never emailed them before so I can't speak from personal experience but I've heard some folks say that they are good in that regard. Perhaps someone who has dealt with them for after sales support can chime in to confirm or deny.
    Maybe your original email just got lost in the shuffle.

    I had an issue with one of my Giga Dinos back in the day. Years ago. I love their toys, but just know Gigapower does NOT respond to emails.

    I was persistent, and they eventually sent me a replacement part that was sent to me via a US reseller. I want to say it was Toy Dojo...but that was several years ago, and I am getting old-so I don't trust my memory so much anymore, LOL. But Gigapower NEVER responded to a single email-not even to let me know a replacement part was on the way. I even sent an email to thank them for the replacement part...and never heard back from them. A little communication goes a long way.

    Just be aware this was YEARS ago. Back when their Snarl first came out. So, they may have improved their service since then.

    For what its worth: I would say stay professional. Be kind. Polite. But be persistent. Send them an email every week or so. Again, be professional. They may or may not respond to you, but you just may find a replacement part randomly showing up in your mailbox in a few months. (I think it took them 3 months to get the part out to me once I started emailing them).

    Thanks bro. They never responded to my email but they replied back on facebook. Hoping for the best and quick action from them.

    I just want to thank @dalianjj and Fans Toys for the amazing support. I had an issue with my Scoria and they sent me a replacement hip part with at no cost.

    Big shout-out to Fan Toys and thank you for the amazing toys you make!

    I just got replacement parts from FT also. Parts for Soar and Forager. Asked for parts 08/23 got them 10/01
