    Did anybody receive a response from Iron Factory? Got 2 right shoulders on Starscream. No big issue but doesnt look great.

    That’s what I though . I bought AirStrike back in November and was missing 2 fingers on the left hand and wanted replacements fingers. But the retail told me the can’t replace them until the factory makes more molds

    At least you got a willingness to help. My fire fly had two left obliques and they came though after a while. It can be slow but Zeta seem to have good CS

    And that's why 3P companies like FansToys and XTB/KFC rule when it comes to direct to customer after sales support.
