Found this in a baggie with the flight stand that comes with XTB Klaatu but I'm not sure this actually comes from that figure's accessories. Anybody recognize which figure this part goes to?

It's not a Warbotron Bruticus ankle tilt bit is it?

 

That's the tool to put the clear orange parts into Maketoys Hyper Novae's (Nova Prime) wings.

 

Hmmmm... I do own the Warbotron Brawl "Heavy Noisy" but that's the only figure from that set I own and I don't recall him coming with that piece. At this point, it's as good a guess as any though
