A mod can correct me, but my understanding is this is a rule specifically for Nicee due to the conversation that almost invariably followed her images around. People on both sides of the argument couldn't behave and would ultimately create headaches for the mods, so rather than chasing their tails trying to keep things civil they just cut off the apparent source the problem altogether. Aside from the occasional debate over why X figure is allowed images and Nicee isn't, which would risk re-igniting the problem, it's worked pretty well.

So the real question isn't why it only applies to Nicee - it's why the conversation around her degenerates so rapidly where the conversation around the others don't.

 

Goes back longer than that, one April fools day someone posted porn of the exotic kind, the sort that makes peta and most people angry.

I see this place as a family site so while the rules are a bit OTT sometimes it does stop it getting out of hand.
