Not to worry: bigger better shelves are on order. They just happen to be backed up due to Corona so I'm not expecting to see them until sometime in Q3.

I love your doublewide Detolf case! Thought about doing that myself until I came to my senses. My clairvoyance foresaw hours of cursing and missing limbs... or at least a few fingers.

So getting back to Stomp. My wife often tells me I'm blind... and it is true that I can never find anything in the refrigerator, the kitchen pantry, or the hallway closet.

I used to get angry with her frustrated diagnosis, but I am starting to think she is 100% correct... because I do not see Stomp.

 

There are still so many autobots I don't have for season 1, don't know when I'll finally get round to them all

 

I just found him! And Trailbreaker!! But now I can't find Cliffjumper.

I can never find anything!!

Is there a trailer that works with this. Is there a jetfire that combines to the Optimus version? What mold is the bass on?

 

Well Stomp is actually Graviter and despite being the biggest one on that shelf, you can only really see his neck and head between Ironhide and Optimus. Probably should've turned his head to the side cuz looking straight into his open mouth in the pic just kind of looks like nothing. But I guess you already knew that, given your next post:

Cliffjumper is the one who mostly got lost. He's standing on Grimlock's right shoulder (our left in the pic) and is mostly hidden but you can see his foot, part of his chest, and right arm. Had to take a pic from the angle that showed the most bots and trying to get Cliff in the pic made three others get lost.

I didn't really want to have Huffer sitting on Sludge or Cliffjumper standing on Grimlock but I was completely out of room. Hell, I barely managed to get all five Dinobots in by themselves - had to put a chessex box under Grimlock's foot so his other foot could stand on Swoop's stand. Otherwise they just plain couldn't all fit at once. I might rearrange a bit - break up the shelf by season thing so I can distribute them more evenly - but for now I really wanted all of S1 on the same shelf (except for Jetfire, of course, who ended up on the Decepticon shelf). Damn I want my new shelves   I'll probably break down and get more detolfs while I wait since it's not gonna be until Q3 - besides, I've got a bunch of non-MP and/or non-G1 that needs somewhere to go. Along with Omega and Superion who've been out in the cold for too long.

 

LT-02 is a knock off of MPM-04. Not really up on whether there was a Jetfire that combines with it.

 

I am right there with you!

Either a get a fourth Detolf, and split the mess between two different sets of two Detolfs, or find a new type of display unit. The problem also is that my house is from 1840-something, so there are radiators on almost every wide wall.

But, your post inspired me to distribute S1 between the top two shelves of these three units.



What did you use to lower the second shelf with Devastator and Phoenix?

I used rather large wire-rope clips to support an unseen shelf to make room for my Combiner Wars Devastator... then I tried to fit Constructor in their and it was too scary.

I'm always looking to see how I can get more shelves/figures in the unit.

 

I use clear acrylic shelf extenders I bought on Etsy. I just checked and the guy doesn't make them any more (probably because they break super easy - luckily I bought extras cuz I managed to break an entire set). I've never liked u-bolts/wire clamps because I just don't like how they look. I've been meaning to design some kind of 3d printed cover for them, though, so I can use them cuz it'd give me better customization options, but I've just never gotten around to it.

 

Destruct, do you have a video tutorial on how to apply water labels? Your decals always look good.
