Wow. this is a REALLY tough choice.

Though I never bought it and don't care for the Dinobots at all. Scoria looks like a really gorgeous piece.

and with the city bots in the mix as well, that makes for an even tougher choice, but... in the end there's not much about the city bots that stand out to me as truly unique to be honest. in the end there's not much involved in their transformations from mode to mode.

I never got to get Brawny or Badlands but they look really impressive to me in terms of design and engineering.

All I own is Warden and Azalea from this lot. and though few think Warden's not that impressive, I digress, Warden and Guardian both are PErfect Effect's best toys yet in my eyes.

Azalea and the toys that share her mold turned out really impressive for such small toys.

I'd say Warden if you compare this new incarnation to the original toy he's inspired from Warden hands down is the winner for me. :p

2015 will indeed be a tough year. Soar, sever, not-sludge, 4+ figures from badcube, apollyon, not-scourge, not-ironhide, spinout, and all the stuff we don't even know about yet... Just while typing this post I hear my bank account weeping softly...

I don't troll I say what I think and Brawny is craptacular, you're welcome to disagree but I think he's very overpriced, ugly and seems to be rather poorly made. Columpio is by far the ugliest of all the 3p sludges and Cubrar isn't much better. FP's dinos imo are quite terrible but I at least can see why they made this list even though I feel their are far better classics dinos worth mention. I think theirs an air of FP-bias with them being listed too but eh people will always stick to their "safe bets" typically.

And yes their is a need to separate between classics and mp because they are two very different things and tend to appeal to two very different markets for the most part. And since the mp-only people are always the loudest they end up dominating votes giving such figures unfair advantages.

Utopia is a classics Metroplex also, dunno where you pulled him not being from.

Now that you mention it, Columpio was mentioned a lot in the worst 3p fig of 2014, although I didn't think he was that bad, I find it odd that he's made it as a contender here when there are genuinely better figs, such as Hydrant, who didn't make it. Sigma L? He's one of the biggest disappointments for me. He's basically fucked up my interest in the f(x) line. Why is he bigger than the others? The winged box mode. That Green...Obviously this is all subjective, that's why polls like these shouldn't be taken too seriously.

    Well, I disagree!

With the Columpio statements of course!!! ;) . Heh, you probably already knew I would too! I am a Columpio lover, and he and azalea get my vote from this list. If I could have utopia, it would win of course, but unfortunately, I cant... Leodux and Tigris are in the combiner section I think, otherwise they would get my vote for sure here.

Columpio is my first FP ever. I love the Dino mode so much, it is the best sludge ever, in this mode, and it remains to be seen if even FT or GP can match its elegance and awesome neck articulation. In bot mode, sure it can be argued, px probably has best, but personally, other than the leg kibble, I love Columpio bot mode too.

As for Cubrar, he is still nice, especially in bot mode, and I like he is so different, but do agree Dino mode could have been better. He is well made though, and do enjoy transforming him.

Next year, gonna have to pick between scoria, soar, and sever. ;)

I voted for FansProject Cubrar. My reasons will come to light soon enough :thumb

Also, keep it civil all. Don't start with the aggressive nonsense just because you want to defend your figure of the year.

This. My vote is Infinitor, but since he's not on the list I guess Grant?

Scoria ...definitely does not get my vote, but Utopia does! :)

I had to take a sec and make sure I wasn't voting for Utopia just because I'm still buzzing on that new figure feeling, but it really deserves my vote for the right reasons. Quality, design, and fun factor are all through the roof. Truly an epic release.

Swamper only got one mention in the nomination stages, again, I can't list 57 3P toys in a poll, sorry.

He was a great figure, I am a Toyworld fan.

Picked up seven of those moulds, one on the way, and one of them was Scoria... but would have to go with "none of the above" -- whereas best combiner is easy, as only one appealed enough to go for as a full set.

It's probably a toss-up between Riftshot/Recoiler and Heavy Noisy for me. Maybe with Roar in the mix, as despite being recent I don't think it's skewed by the newness.

I'll vote Scoria, but would have gone with Kronos if he was on the list.

Of the list I have only Brawny and Scoria.

    I voted Brawny.

I like Scoria but don't feel it is as great as the praise heaped upon it. I think this is more a symptom of the design it is based on - a simple transformation that doesn't need to hide massive details. It handled the rear dino legs expertly, and everything it does do, it does well, but it didn't have the same wow factor as Brawny. How the chest comes together on Brawny is incredible, as is much everything else, and then it's articulation is brilliant given its bulk and small size.

That's no slight on Scoria, mind. It's still a great figure.

Assuming this isn't tongue-in-cheek, I love my kronos more than most, but best 3p??? Maybe if I only had Ollie to compare it to... But, we all have our differences. Makes it interesting. What most caught your eye about kronos?
Amen. Brawny is spectacular... Like mp21 bee, you gotta get him in hand. He FEELS like mp10 quality. Far better than any official car robot.
