hm. i pressed the home button on the wii U gamepad and the eshop icon was... i guess you can say, pulsatiing. i clicked on it and the Wii U eshop was running.

it is tempting for me to get the nes remix. but i'm low on cash at the moment.

tried the 3DS eshop. ERROR

this was a half hour ago.

I'll be getting the Zelda 3DS bundle in a few days. I didn't know it required an online update to play. That kind of bites.

It's not really an update. Just an included code you have redeem on the eShop to download the Zelda game.

 

So, the bundle doesn't come with the little cartridge?

I'll say. Thanks for clearing that up. Change of plans, getting a regular 3DSxl and a hard copy of Zelda. Like I said earlier, all the kids got 3DS's, and we can share.

There was also the Zelda Wind Waker HD Wii U Bundle. But then, that's not portable. Or is it?

 

It worked for me now, I got Zelda downloaded. No more The Talk for me. I would do a happy dance if I could.

 

I'm glad Nintendo has fixed this issue, and although I've run the patch for Pokémon, I still have NO INTENTION whatsoever to save in Luminose City. If this happens again next Christmas, I think it'd be best if we all kept cool heads during it all (usually I'm even-tempered, but alas, the Nintendo eShop wasn't working for me).
