I second this. My cousin got a 3DS for Christmas and she's enjoying the shit out of it. So it doesn't seem Nintendo ruined anyone's Christmas.

Also, yeah the Lumiose City glitch is really no big deal. I have yet to even patch my game since I bought it, and I've logged over 100 hours in it. Chill, yo.

 

M Reed , chill out man, the glitch you speak of is easily avoided. in your first stop in lumiose city is very short with little reason to need to save there, even if you want to reset to get female of what ever you pick for your second starter as you can save just outside the city and have a short trip back to the lab where you get it.

The second stop will be longer but thats not until much later in the game so you should have ample time to get the patch before then.
