Started working on this guy the other day and wanted to finish him as quick as possible. I do feel he's a bit rushed, but I'm pretty proud of it. About 9 or so hours total on this guy. Here's the same test in Cycles, Blender's light tracing engine. I'll attach more pics if anyone is interested. I'm currently working on Hot Rod, Motorhead, Optimus Prime, Barricade, Bumblebee, and a G2 style Combat Megatron. Doing test renders for some shots. Really happy with how this guy is looking. I think the wheel area in robot mode could use some work, since it's pretty obvious where stuff is clipping. I think I'll add a "lip" around them with shape keys or something similar at some point. Overall really proud, though. Once I get Hot Rod finished up I'll be able to get some more shots done following these.
