Ok, so everthing works and looks as intended, I decided on going with the G1 toy head, but Im going to do a cartoon accurate head that ypu can clip over the top. Other than that, just his sonar/gun thingies...yes thats a techincal term im using...even if it isnt....and see if I can add more details. 20210113_183231.jpg 20210113_183342.jpg

    G1 Magnus is awesome!

I guess I need to get around to starting work on. some new stuff. My legends class vanbot has hit a snag (functionality vs aesthetics)

Belated Christmas gift for my cousin who's still rocking the 1/18 Marvel figures.

This is why I don't typically care about transformation. It isn't fun for me to work on even though I can pull it off, and it forces compromises most of the time with what I want in a bot mode. That's obviously not a popular view to have, but it's my collection/design, so idgaf. lol

So cool... That smaller head reminds me of Frank the Bunny from Donnie Darko. My eyes are really bad though so that's probably just me. =)

Why are transformers never tired? Well after careful research, I have decided it is because they drink Energon coffee.

Download free STL file 5mm Coffee Mug • 3D printer object ・ Cults
It’s free. Just a quick project I did to not get burnt out on my more interesting secret project.
There is also a version with a blast effect port on the top, so... have fun with that.

Note: 125percent scale is 5mm peg. 100percent scale is 4mm peg.

How separated is the 5mm handle from the cup? I am thinking of Combiner Wars Shockwave that had a second gun grip in front of the 5mm grip and made it difficult for many figures to hold it as a gun.

3.5 mm if printed at 100percent (which makes a 4mm peg). 4.38mm if printed at 125percent (5mm peg).

That is cool! Reminds me of a Lego cup. Hmm, you know, that makes me wonder how many Lego pieces can be scaled to the TF sized.

Theoretically Legends figures could just use the Lego mug I think. Lego uses 3mm diameter for handles and 5mm for studs so resizeing would just be 1.66percent (I think?).

Hmm, that is interesting. I honestly never went and measured them. Thanks for the tip.
