And finally, here's the robotic cephalopod from the Transformers Movie which almost put an end to Kup's endless war stories. Well, guess he just added one more now :p

Fully assembled, this stands at slightly over 30cm tall, and features ball-socket tentacles which can be assembled to any length and also poseable!

Egads, Kups almost going to bite it!

    Octopus03.JPG

Not if Hot Rod can help anything to do with it - a little work with the Buzzsaw and it's Taco Sashimi on the menu!

    Octopus04.JPG

    Octopus05.JPG

Works well with some of the robotic fishes which were also featured in the scene.

    Octopus06.JPG

But wait, there's more than meets the eye! Rotating it around, there is a back panel...

    Octopus07.JPG

... which can be lowered to reveal a CyberTrack compatible track and also a mini Prime/Titan Master control station on the inside!

Here's the piece with the upper portion removed to get a closer look at the interior.

Here's a quick video showing it in a little more detail:

So, hope you all enjoy this little (or not so little?) blast from the past which should pose very nicely with all the new SS86 figures which are out now! =)

Really cool! The details fit the look perfectly. The door for titanmasters is cool too.

Wow! Not even an exaggeration; if I had the means, I would buy all of these prints. Fantastic work on this figure/set.

This is great on so many levels! I wish Hasbro would have made this. The added ramp compatibility and playset really sets this over the top!

you are a mad man! now you just need an ink add on or a broken eye add on to complete the scene. maybe even some little seaweed pieces. pretty awesome though.

Thank you all for the kind words! Mighty glad y'all like it :)

Yes, the big eyes kind of made it look over the top cute. Guess one could say, its kind of disarming ... :D

While trying to get a sensible scale to the SS86 bots, he turned out quite large. So figured might as well incorporate a base mode of some sort into it. We can never have enough interconnecting bases :p

Haha, great ideas to be sure - now to think how best to have them designed!

Yeah, on hindsight did realize it was probably more of a squid. But eh, in my head canon it's just a spooked robot octopus which leaked ink now :p
