Wow! That looks really good. I have 3dsmax as well and have been trying to get a good look for the robots I'm creating. How did you go about texturing yours?

nice, but you've got some wierd perspective issues there, mainly with the feet.

Also, looks like Shocky's wearing a skirt.

Asides from those nitpicks, it looks pretty damn good.

The material is a shellac comprised of a standard ink+paint material & the highlight only blur material plugin, that gave me the ink+paint with normal kind of highlights over the top.

I think I also used a falloff in the ink width slot of the ink+paint to make the ink width a bit thicker closer to camera.

As for the perspective thing I did that on purpose to match the comic style, dunno about the skirt, seemed to be accurate based on the source art

looks good rendered, though those proportions are all sorts of crazy. and this coming from someone who is most known for giving TFs "stylized" proportions

    i dunno

arms look a little long. midsection/skirt definately too long. legs and thighs could use some lengthening

But then again, these are only my own suggestions. If you like it the way it is then more power to ya man :D
