Any News about Megatron? Is he also in some Kind of approval Phase as you said for End of July?

So Optimus should start to ship the next Weeks, i hope so.

I can live with a heavy Megatron Delay in 2019, but i really want to see the first Pictures of that Monster.
Especially since i want to know, how you guys handled the Open Mouth / Closed Mouth Head.
Will he have 2 Heads like Optimus?
What Weapons does he come with?
I hope this will be answered soon, iam looking every Day here at the News, and waiting for the announcement

Prime looks amazing. Not surprisingly.
I'm curious, are any others still happening (Megatron, etc.)? Seems like it's sort of tumbleweeds these days. :-/

Honestly we have all been bumbling for updates in this thread so much and I'm sure the process to get this all approved and designed and so on is far more complicated than any of us can imagine, I would just wait until 3A is ready to announce Megatron. I'm sure they'll announce him when they are ready. Thank you to Decemberist for updating us whenever possible.

 

I personally don't see the need to rush for the announcement as well, and not just because I don't want the TF5 Megatron. I just know that either way, you'll still be waiting for over a year from the preorder.

Because i want to see what the Bambaland Exclusive Items are, the Weapons their added to the Figure,
and how they solved the Head (Close Tusks, or 2 Different Heads)

 

I check here about twice a day praying to power that be that something has been updated.

It doesn't always work perfectly, but it's a million times better than combing through looking for threads you want info on over and over. Only annoying thing is when people comment stuff like "any news?" over and over.

Considering it's mid August and there hasn't been an update, the earliest we (people in the US) will be getting either Bee or Optimus is mid September. I'm sticking to my October expectations.

 

That's a huge bummer since it's been insisted over and over that he will be coming out in august.

 

And that's why, like I said a few posts back, I don't ever care what they say until I get a tracking number and email from them. I can'ta tell you how many times it seemed like there's no way they could delay a figure any more, but they manage to.

What we endure now, is what i call the "Prime Crisis".
I know in 3rd Party business there are sometime heavy Delays.

But these Delays, for me, they are not Delays anymore, they are a "Production Crisis".

Delays over and over again, not just from 3A but also from UT Challenger Optimus Prime.
I can not speak for Toyworld Optimus Orion Knight (That has a December Release) but i think,
this Figure will also Face HEAVY Delays and will not happen in December 2018 anymore.

I have Pre Ordered all 3 Optimus Prime Figures

UT Challenger
Toyworld Orion Knight

And i think (At least if i look closer to those Delays AND FACTS) that these Figures will not happen in 2018 anymore.

Month for Month is passing by FAST, without any Updates.

I would be REALLY suprised, if 3A and UT Challenger would start to Ship soon,
but i think that will not happen.

And even if an official "We are now Shipping the Figures" comes from 3A or UT,
it could take again WEEKS (or even 1-2 Months) until some Collectors actually get their Figures in Hand.

I think, something went horribly wrong with the Production of these Prime Figures,
because normally Transformer Figures in General and 3rd Party Figures overall do not have such a heavy Delay.

 

That's all speculation.
This is a licensed property, so companies have to jump through more hoops simply to get an OK.
I think it was mentioned before that it can take up to 9 months simply to aquire a character licence.

I do believe we will have our Optimus soon enough.

 

When I talk shit about 3As constant delays I mean it. Even their original work is always delayed. Their 3AA membership set, which is the only other thing I bothered to order this year (due to the company's rapidly deteriorating design and quality) has already been pushed back at least once, to another 3 month window.
