Yeah I think it would be nice if 3A can make the Nemesis Prime version for this figure, with all black & purple flames... that must be totally badass! :rock
But maybe not due to the license issues...:(

My bad I forgot about mods & their power at the time. I was thinking hackers, which thinking back is actually really stupid on my part. And I appreciate you letting me know what happened, I had trouble with hackers on Twitter and hangouts around that time so I jumped the gun. I'm pretty sure it's been a little while so I understand where your coming from now. No problem mahn. ;)

Getting back from being away from online for awhile AND back on subject, this looks like a slight upgrade from my/the 3A DOTM OPTIMUS PRIME from #4 release in the line. The eyes seem to be brighter in a deeper blue, and his ion cannon comes with him this time. My question is this, did 3A tighten up the hip wheels from flailing about, like the 1st release? Or any of the joint's or parts that once fell off easier, or ANYTHING ELSE that you can think of, please lmk. Thanks!

I recently purchased this guy. Was a little hesitant at first due to the price tag ($629AUD), but a better-than-expected tax return changed my mind.

He is big. Stands head to head with Toys Alliance MAS-01. Nice articulation and exquisitely detailed. The only real annoyance are those blasted "butt flaps" - they fall off WAY too easily. I actually broke one of the connecting rods, but I contacted 3A's customer support and they responded very quickly about sending a spare part out.

When I consider that Toys Alliance MAS-01 cost about half the price of 3A's Prime, I still think that Toys Alliance offers better value for money. But if you want the absolute best detailed bot mode available, then 3A is the way to go.

Not a statue. A highly articulated action figure that just happens to be 19 inches tall. 70 points of articulation I believe. I have the DOTM one but I kinda wish they would do 2007 version WITH the faceplateless and faceplate faces. DOTM only came with faceplate. :(

CAN ANYONE TELL ME, what improvements were made engineering wise, from the DOTM version? Like are the hip/thigh wheels super loose still? I thought I saw something awhile back where they looked tighter and the parts don't fall off as much. Also can you exchange the faceplateless face on to the DOTM version somehow?

No, that was the official MPM-3 Bumblebee in the pic.

I believe that WeiJiang makes an OS Bumblebee called "Battle Hornet".

Yup. It's it KO/3rd party of the Battle Blades Bumblebee design. I wasn't sure if they OS-KO'd the mpm3 mold yet (oversized). :D
