the invoice is in GPS, which is 12.50.

Anyone know how much shipping in Canada is in GPS?

To ship a TM hotrod, would it be about 6.00 GPS?

Yeah, that figure in packaging can't weigh more than 3-ish lbs, and I've paid less for shipping from Japan for larger items. I'd say he's trying to get a couple extra bucks from you like the commenter above. Sounds like someone deserves some negative feedback at the very least.

Uh, the seller is shipping from Nuneaton in the UK, not Canada.

£12.50 doesn't sound that high though TBH, there could be a cheaper (non-air) parcel method, that would take a bit more time to get to you.

    Canada to U.S., yes
    U.K. to U.S. , not so much.

Couldn't follow the link as it's been freezing my windows, thought buyer said Canada.

Not sure why buyer thought Canada when the auction clearly states UK.

I'd be wary of this seller anyway. He told me it would cost fifteen quid to ship Sandstorm to Belgium. No way postage is that much.

If he is from Canada, unless he is shipping next day xpress post, its gouging.
airmail should be between $7-14 dollars.

Shipping small packet air in Canada starts at $7 minimum.

Aye it was airmail. A MISB TRU reissue when fully packed, boxed etc. weighs somewhere between 500-600g, usually between £6-7 :)

Checkout the examples Royalmail uses for overseas postage:

    AirMail

    Airsure

Depending on what the weight is - $30 shipping sounds correct.

The seller is from the UK! I never buy from sellers from the UK for the shipping price. An item that size, weight and loose (shipped in a small box) shipped from Canada should cost around:
6$ small packet ground no tracking (3 to 4 weeks)
8$ small packet airmail add 1.50$ for tracking (6 to 12 days)
15$ and more for express priority tracking insured (3 to 6 days)

But that's if the seller don't charge for the box, packing material and handling.
