Guess it was thug life to the very end. Tupac's final words revealed by police officer on scene of murder - CNN.com
This is bullshit, another piece of the cover-up. Everyone who's anyone knows that Tupac's real last words were him naming his killer: "It was biggie... It was biggie all along..."
Well.....the mentality of that culture really hated snitches. You just don't do it. Growing up in Oakland, CA and being submersed in that culture (whether I liked it or not)....I can assume that maybe Pac thought, if he made it out he'd have someone to go after. And he wasn't about to tell any cops anything (as a matter of fact, part of that "don't be a snitch" mentality is to never tell cops anything). No one at the time really had any fondness for cops, especially if you lived in L.A. Was his actions and behavior prior to his last moments right? Depends on your perspective. Personally, I'm sure there are better ways of handling a deep seeded anger that is constantly blown off, dismissed, and only felt by a certain group. But hey....sometimes when that's all you have inside, you will do what you will. Funny you mentioned that. In an interview addressing a previous time he had been shot, 2Pac said: That part can be heard under the first chorus in the "Runnin'" Remix produced by Eminem. Of course, not that I would expect anyone to go and listen to it
He also may have figured the guy hovering over him holding a gun immediately after he was shot might have been involved.
Well, there's plenty of conspiracy theories as to who was involved. But...as much as many of those may "make sense", we'll never really know. Those who do know, won't allow the investigation to even start up again. Neither did they really even allow for it to begin. Take that for what it's worth.
The cop heard it wrong. He actually said "Hock Chew," who was an infamous street tuff that also ran the worlds foremost Chinese catering service. If only they knew....sigh.
let us dive into the supernatural... a vinyl record made after Tupac died has a very faint audio that sounds like Tupac saying 'Suge shot me.' or it could be 'can't stop me.' i wasn't aware of the events that happened in the mid 90s of the west coast, east coast war shit. i was more involved in the console wars with me supporting the Nintendo64. everyone knows that Suge Knight is broke as hell now, right?
I still think any North American rapping (complaining) didn't take every possible advantage life here can offer. Their ancestors are turning in their graves...
I must admit, as much as it got ridiculous between 2Pac/Biggie/Death Row/Bad Boy/East Coast/West Coast, it gave us some damned good rap. I can't stand most of the stuff on the radio these days. Yup, the "you don't snitch" mentality for some reason or another is held on to even if you're dying. I personally don't understand it myself but I do realize there's a whole culture behind it due to years of mistrust of the police. When I went to UNLV, we used to go to the corner of Koval and Flamingo where it all went down every year on the anniversary of his death. Meanwhile Dre might become rap's first billionaire if Apple does buy Beats.
That was in the song "First Bomb" in the Makaveli album. You can hear it in the beginning just before the bells. I've heard it a number of times, but I definitely don't think it's "Can't Stop me" because I can't seem to hear the "C" enunciated. It was popular belief that since 2pac wrote a letter saying he'd leave Death Row, and if that happened, all 200 songs he recorded would go with him. It was also thought that Suge believed if 2pac died under the Death Row label, the songs would stay with Death Row and Suge would make millions. After pac died though, I believe his mother Afeni held all rights to Pac's music.
Ya know.....I heard something very interesting about Dre. It had to do with why Pac said in one of his songs, "without gay-ass Dre."
Yeah, I've heard there was a suspect(s) but not enough to charge cause as usual every one saw nothing. I get everyone's hauling ass from the shooting but make and model of the car , license plate, anyone? Seriously, I heard the strip was bumper to bumper that night, so how do you not notice this shit jumping off in front of you? And I thought this was Vegas, there's supposed to be enough cameras carried by tourists and on every building that makes the security at Fort Knox look bad. Was never a Tupac fan but still I gotta call B.S.
