HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
My Big project for the start of the new year will be a large scale DOTM megatron. Im planning to use an 18 inch T-800 endoskeleton by NECA for the base figure and I will be using an amazingly detailed and accurate officially licensed ornament of Megatrons head for the figures head which has leds and a voice chip pre installed.
The skeleton will need a few mods to make the proportions correct eg shoulder width before I can start building on it with styrene etc.
This will be my 5th dotm meg build and so Im pretty confident I can pull it off. Im looking forward to working in a larger scale this time and have taken inspiration from Encline and his awesome DOTM large scale Prime.

I have already painted and weathered the head to get me in the mood !
I will be keeping you all up to date with WIP pics so watch this space !

I don't know if you plan on selling this, but I can see you making a lot of money if you do. Some people would kill for customs like these...

Yes he will be probably be sold although not postive on that yet as I really want a large scale version of this figure for myself

The new picture is of my last leader sized megatron for those who missed it. I will be using a lot of ideas from this build on my new large scale version

I'm glad to see you come back again to DotM megs, and in a BIG way! Are you going to be getting parts from a large scale truck model? Also, do you know if this scale will match that of the model Megatron truck you made some time ago?

Im not sure about something, but the 3r picture showing Megatrons head kinda looks like a scared worried look, rather than a menacing and scarey look...

Just a thought, will you do something about that?
