There is just very little known about Hound and Hatchet. I'd be surprised if nothing was revealed or announced and yet someone spots it at retail when least expected.

 

Awesome pics! I could go with that, and actually I don't think it would be asking too much to be a little larger either, but not CW size. Devastator won't be a HasLab. He doesn't need to be on any level. If they did 6 Leader Class figures like the Dinobots but a bit smaller and with accessories that would sell for sure. It would sell very well and keep retailers interested in other combiners.

The only way I could see him as a HasLab is if he came with parts of Autobot City from the war in the movie. Like create that famous scene. Then....maybe I could see it

That would be an amazing conclusion where I'm concerned. The scene I mentioned above needs just a few things, including an SS'86 Optimus, Devy and Megatron. Maybe a new Soundwave? But then they are DONE. Only other things I could see being done would the deleted scenes stuff like that snake train.

 

You know, that doesn’t look too bad. If an SS86 Devastator gets made out of 6 Voyagers (or 5 Voyagers and a Leader Long Haul), I think he might work.

 

Maybe we’d get an 86 clean release of Springer, Astrotrain, Thundercracker, Skywarp, The coneheads hopefully, insecticons even though they’re gonna be in legacy, Galvatron and cyclonus re release? VW Bee re release, Quintesson?

 

Idk about him being moved to mainline (unless that's something that has already happened where a figure is released in buzzworthy then moved to mainline). I def think they'll be focusing on pumping out those characters though

Techically it has: SS ROTF Bumblebee. Was released in Buzzworthy first, then released in SS proper after.

there's no evidence to support him being moved into mainline, nor is there any for him being solely a buzzworthy exclusive.

for all we know, it's a velocitron hot rod situation where they have no plan on releasing the hound or hatchet figures at this point in time.

I'm pretty sure the Hound and Hatchet figures are coming later this year, the images were not supposed to be seen early and were accidentally found/shown.

 

They'll be this year yeah and that was the case. The photo was leaked and was not supposed to be found at the time.

 

But I'm honestly surprised that Hasbro isn't after people.
Unlike the Scourge situation where Korean agents DMed people to take down material relating to Scourge's box art.

 

Yeah they went after a lot of people to take it down (was to not sever connection with Hasbro proper I believe). they went hard after people. Hasbro Korean did what Hasbro kinda should be tbh.

 

They went after me on Facebook for posting a picture of the boxart in a TF fan group.

Then I realised that I could probably use this opportunity to send them a message, so I made a post in that same TF group with a picture of Scourge's boxart with the captions saying what I wanted for SS 2025.

More likely those are indeed BBM toys.

 

Shockwave and Core Starscream I think are BBM. But Megatron, Sunstreaker and Rumble I don't think so anymore.

 

The Starscream is 100% the BBM character, but we're not very sure on Shockwave.
I think Megatron is SS86 to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of this franchise.

 

This is not the first time this typo has happened. And on top of that, occams razor just indicates that it’s a typo. There was no BBM Sunstreaker, but there was a Sunstreaker in the 1986 movie.


But keep believing what you want to instead of whats the most likely answer. We’ll see who is right.
