Hey everyone, I’ve decided to start this thread to keep track of the status of everybody’s pulsecon orders. This will serve as a piece of mind for those of us that are still paid/unfulfilled and left completely in the dark by Hasbro Pulse. This will also serve as a good reference to those of us that want to file a complaint to Pulse, Better business bureau, etc.

For me, I received an email on 9/11/20 stating that if I want early access and first dibs on pulsecon merch, I can sign up for their premium membership, for $50, so that I can place my order on 9/23/20 instead of waiting until 9/24/20 when orders would be open to non-premium members. So on 9/21/20 I paid $50 and signed up. On 9/23/20 orders opened up at 9am PT and I had my order in and completed within the first few min and received an email at 9:04am stating that my order was preparing for shipping and I would be notified once it ships. Now, over two weeks later, I’m still waiting for that shipping notification. In the meantime, it’s my understanding that orders have been being filled, many of which were placed after mine and many of which are to non-premium members. To make matters worse they haven’t responded to my email I sent on 10/01/20 asking for an update. They have also disabled the option to have an online chat with customer service on their website and have also disabled their phone lines. This is not ok and they have much to answer for.

So if everyone here that placed an order for pulsecon merch from 9/23 to present could give the current status of their order, when they ordered, and whether or not you are a premium member, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

So in short, I’m a Premium member, ordered on 9/23 in the first few minutes, and my status is paid/unfulfilled.

I ordered the Pit, Tully and the Endor set at 12:02 ET on Premium day. Payment went through pretty much immediately. I finally received notice through FedEx that they shipped something out today...but no mention from Pulse as to what is in the shipment...

 

I was a bit late, ordered 9/23 1:16pm (Pit of judgement, Hellfire Club, and Drakkon EVO III figure): no movement at all. I've had other orders ship out, though.

Also can they please revamp the order history screen, please? I always forget to "open in new tab" and the stupid page always resets back to page one if you go back and forth.

edited to add: Oh, and I'm a premium member (I think anyone that ordered 9/23 had to be)

Logan

Hellfire Club and Logan got delivered today, nothing on the second order that was everything together.

when did you guys place your order? And are you premium members?

tfx, that sucks! This whole experience has been a nightmare.

 

I got my Pit last week. My Supreme Cobra Commander was one of the pre-orders for next year.

 

I'm a premium member. Only bought the Pit. Arrived earlier this week.

 

I really appreciate the replies, everybody! But if you could please state when you placed your order and whether or not you’re a premium member would really be appreciated.

Im a Premium member placed the order In the premium member sale within minutes of it going live, and I ordered nothing else

 

Premium on that Tuesday. No ship notification yet.
I ordered the Pit, Hellfire Club and Lord Drakkon.

 

So. Someone explain this.

Pulse Day. I ordered Lord Drakkon, Pit of Judgment and Hellfire Club. To date, no word on them. Chatted with Pulse staff twice who assured that it was shipping delays, I would get a notification when they were mailed.

Week later I got 2 Hellfire guards. Last night, those were shipped and I got notifications.

Today, I got Lord Drakkon in the mail. No notification it was even sent.

What.
