No not at all. Having a wish isn't crazy. Getting it fulfilled, well, that would be crazy. I'm actually beginning to think that this will see a release over here. A nice collectors set; Unicron, with a copy of TFTM on DVD(possibly flipside BD), and a Legends Rodimus. Round about $60 to $80. Just have to find a willing retailer.
Considering that both previous releases of Unicron ended up being heavily discounted shelfwarmers, I highly doubt that it gets a third re-issue stateside, especially with a $10-$30 price increase (regardless of how it's packaged).
Was there any information given as to exactly how "limited" this release would be? I know that the MP "Sleep Mode" Convoy is limited to 2010 pieces, I wonder if it was the same for the new version of Unicron?

Well, whether it's "much" cheaper depends on where it's being shipped to. When you factor in the shipping to the U.S., it's only about $5.00 or so less than BBTS. From RK with EMS shipping, it's about $150-155, same as BBTS. EDIT: What Chrisr291 said ^^^^^
There isn't any difference between Armada and Universe Unicron, other than the box it came in. With Energon, the difference is obvious: it is a completely different color. However, there were some early releases of Energon Unicron that had the Armada Unicron in the Energon box. If you were to see that, and then put it next to the Armada and Unicron releases, you'd probably be wondering why there aren't any differences between them.
Yeah, I don't mind ordering form overseas when its a good deal. However, your better off buying from an overseas supplier(not the middle man) if you really want to save some cash because they are competing with the BBTS, RK and tfsource stores. They usually make it worth your while but its a long wait.

they're all the same mold but armada is orange and grey (and vaguely movie accurate, but not really), energon is black and green, universe is armada reboxed. this one is the most screen accurate transformers (rather than bust or whatever) unicron yet.
