Pic is of previous decos. Most likely unchanged for this release, but future waves may bring back harder to find figures. Its also worth noting the MSRP is a very low $3.99 and they come in a case of 24, so this will most likely be a cardboard standee meant for low-price stores like Dollar General or regional drug stores.

For (barcode) reference, I have three of last years Legion toys and their barcodes have completely different numbers. Magnus' number is 630509323661

 

Man, these things just won't go away. Well, my son has really gotten into Transformers Devastation. So if these show up at Family Dollar/Dollar General again I might pick them up for him.

Huh. Those are the UPCs of the 2014 releases in pseudo-AOE packaging.

 

I wish they would just make new figures in this size class. I already have them all. I would like to have the sword for my Prime. But I'm not sure I want to buy the whole figure again, just to have that sword. At least he has a faction symbol, mine only has a rub sign. I'd like to have that Ultra Magnus though. IF they re-release that thing again, I mean.

 

The real question is does Prime have the sword and Starscream the null rays (probably not to both) and have they tweaked the decos AGAIN

Big BIG fan of the classics Legions but those shelf warmed here. Wouldn't say no to the Magnus wave coming back again, even though I've got them, or a Bluestreak/Sunstrom/Silver Megatron. Or, even better, putting the final Universe 2 Legends(Legion) wave back out there as nowhere near enough people got Rodimus, Wheelie, Cosmos & Warpath

 

2015s! And I think then they were meant to be out in 2014!

You know what, that small Prime, until recently, was the best update of Pm Prime. They're great little figures.

They need to rerelease some of the older molds, as there's more than just Prime, Bumblebee, and Starscream Hasbro.


Dammit, now I want G2 Legion Megatron back.

 

My original plan was to get only few of my most beloved characters as regular toys and everyone else of my favorite characters as Legends figures (now called Legion). But then they abandoned that size class and never made new figures. Well, for Hasbro it went well, I bought a lof more characters in Deluxe Class and even some others in Voyager and some few Leaders and even Masterpieces, although I always wanted to restrict myself to Deluxe Class... So, now I don't have the need for these Legends anymore, but I would still buy some of those, if they made new molds of cool characters. Not so much like I would have done originally, but still some.

 

He needs a proper bright green G2 release.

Interesting. Maybe they're just repackaging them into a cardboard standee? The original case assortments were 8 toys, and I'm 99% sure the original release of the 2014 ones were as well.

 

Re-release legends Gun Megatron and then they'll have my attention.

 

I would love it if they took Hound, Beachcomber, and 2 cars (Prowl, Jazz?) and released them as mini spies, each mold being done in each of the 3 colors: white, yellow, and blue.

I would love to see Megatron recolored as Browning from Masterforce.

 

Given the price, could they possibly show up at 5 Below?

 

Wow, to think there'd be a legion reissue is really weird, well, not as weird as me.

 

Haven't these been pretty consistently found at dollar stores for the past several years? Or is this a wider release?
