The leaked 2001 build of Duke Nukem Forever is actually real

This actually looks better than the final product.

 

I remember getting DNF new for 5 bucks just to see the suffering for myself and I remember never having played a game so insipid and dumb in my life.

I grew up with Duke Nukem 3D, and yea the cheesecake is dated and often mean spirited but I knew what I was getting into. But damn, this game. This game is such garbage. Broussard was in a state where he was like "Oh shit I want this in my game! I need THAT in my game! That too!"

 

A bar easily cleared even if parachuting out of a python's arse.

 

Remember when you could enjoy an over-the-top game like Duke3D without an organized social media effort determined to shame you to death over it?
