I think the chestplate works. It's the Defensor style. But as JAF suggested, I would find a way to beef up the abdomen a little so it evens out.

Love that Blades arm. Looks like it was designed for punching faces off.

And I'm in favour of the chest plate. Should beef him up to match that sweet right hook he'll have.

Ok. I haven't actually seen Defensor in it's original cartoon colours but how about something Bright and Glossy for him? Something Bling bling???!!! hehehehe

 

I say go with G1 original G1 colours. Blue for Hotspot is a must.

OK, so I tried to stay close to the G1 colors but there are some deviations here and there. Thanks again for everyone's input...helped make it look a hell of a lot better than it would have been otherwise.

Excellent job on this, bro. I wasn't too sure about the size of the copter, but you definitely made it work with the way you transformed the tail of the copter. Defensor looks great, can't wait to see the 100% finished product (along with individual bot modes and alt modes).

What is the 1% that's missing? the only thing i can see is the maybe he red on Defensors stomach? Other than that, beautiful job man.

I have to say I'm a bit curious about how you managed First Aid's arms... I've been thinking of doing something similar, and the way you accomplished it looks great.

Did you have to mod Universe Prowl's forearms much to get them to fit on TFA Ratchet's elbows?
