I’m in Canada and for those shipping from the states, I’ll use USPS only. UPS and similar delivery services charge way too much when going through the border. i have a purple BW OP, but instead of MISB, i think it's MIB. I'm not sure cuz it's in the closet with other my other rare figures for a long time. But i'm sure it's still originally tied to the insert card, since I don't play with rare molds, LOL.
